Attorney Benjamin M. Chase graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in criminal justice and criminology. Following graduation, Attorney Chase accepted a position in Washington D.C., the Nation's Capital, with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Attorney Chase then accepted an assignment and moved to Jacksonville, Florida where he remained with the FBI for almost ten years as an investigative specialist. During his time with the FBI, Attorney Chase earned his Masters in Intelligence Studies, with a focus on Intelligence Collection. Offered matriculation into the Florida Coastal School of Law, Attorney Chase resigned his position and completed law school in the top of his class, earning a spot on the Dean's list as a distinguished graduate. Attorney Chase then served at the St. Augustine Public Defenders office before moving to a private practice firm. Attorney Chase distinguished himself as the sole criminal litigator in the private firm before venturing out and establishing The Chase Law Firm, providing a variety of specialized legal counsel to those in need around Northern Florida. Growing up in a military family Attorney Chase learned values such as integrity, family, and faith. Living and growing up all over the country offered a unique perspective into the culture and rich diversity of our wonderful nation. Benjamin Chase's Law Firm is small by choice, limiting our practice to St. Johns County and surrounding areas in order to provide our clients with personalized legal services.
